Ballot issue allowing Columbus to opt-out of a casino introduced in Ohio (89.7 WKSU)

A proposed ballot issue aimed at letting Columbus-ares voters opt-out of a new gambling casino has been introduced in the Ohio legislature. As Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, it’s unclear if the plan will ever make it to the ballot. WKSU’s Bill Cohen reports.
